Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and present a variety of international café dishes.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size and presentation.
- Handle daily mise en place and kitchen operations efficiently.
- Follow standard recipes and food preparation procedures.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Ensure timely preparation of orders during busy service hours.
- Assist in menu development and introduction of new dishes.
- Monitor food quality, freshness and portion control.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper storage of ingredients.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.




- Support senior chefs and guide junior kitchen staff when required.

Who Can Apply?

- Chef with relevant Continental / International cuisine experience

- CDP (Chef de Partie) with strong hands-on experience Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of international cuisine

- Good food preparation and presentation skills

- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
