Location : Amravati, Maharashtra Salary : ₹16,000 - ₹20,000 + Service Charge + Food & Accommodation Duty Hours : 10 hours per day Shift Type : Straight Shift Weekly Off : 1 day per week

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in preparation and cooking of veg and non-veg Indian dishes .
- Prepare and manage Indian curries, gravies, and basic sauces as per standard recipes.
- Support in cooking North Indian cuisine , including starters, main course, and accompaniments.




- Ensure proper mise en place for smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
- Follow instructions from senior chefs (CDP/Sous Chef).
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Assist in stock handling, storage, and inventory control (FIFO method).
- Work efficiently during peak service hours.

Requirements :

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an Indian kitchen.
- Good knowledge of veg & non-veg preparation, Indian curries, sauces, and North Indian dishes .
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
