Core Responsibilities

- Operational Leadership : Managing daily "front of house" and "back of house" operations to ensure seamless service.
- Staff Management : Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating employees to meet service standards.
- Customer Service : Greeting guests, managing reservations, and handling complaints or special requests to maintain high satisfaction.
- Financial & Budget Control : Developing and implementing financial budgets, monitoring food and beverage costs, and tracking daily sales reports.
- Inventory & Purchasing : Ordering supplies, managing inventory levels, and conducting stock audits to prevent shortages or waste.
- Health & Safety Compliance : Ensuring strict adherence to food safety, hygiene regulations, and legal compliance.
- Menu & Promotion Development : Collaborating with chefs to create menus and organizing marketing initiatives to increase restaurant sales.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
