Role Description The Salesperson role is a full-time, in office position based in Guwahati. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential customers, visiting client locations, and presenting Packaging products and solutions that meet customer requirements. Day-to-day activities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales. The role involves maintaining relationships with existing customers, addressing inquiries,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support. The Salesperson will also monitor local market trends, document sales activities, and report performance to management.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to understand technical aspects of Packaging products and explain them clearly to customers.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with confident presentation and customer-facing abilities.
- Basic proficiency in using computers and digital tools for documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Prior experience in field sales, preferably in Packaging industrial products, or related sectors.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in an on-site field environment.
- Willingness to travel within Guwahati and nearby regions for client visits and market development.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
