Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Fresher / Junior Architect role based in Nagpur. The Junior Architect will assist in developing architectural and interior design concepts, preparing drawings, 3D models, and presentations, and supporting senior team members throughout all design stages. Responsibilities include contributing to space planning, materials and finishes selection, and detailed design documentation, as well as coordinating with consultants and vendors under guidance. The role involves participating in site visits, capturing design details, ensuring adherence to design intent,



and updating drawings and reports as projects progress. The Junior Architect will collaborate closely with the boutique team, learning studio standards, maintaining organized project files, and supporting multiple hospitality and residential projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

- Foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to assist in concept development, drawings, and detailing.
- Basic understanding of Integration between architecture and interior design, and coordination with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Exposure to Project Management principles, including time management, task tracking, and documentation support for ongoing projects.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, Adobe Creative Suite or similar visualization software).
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; registration or eligibility for registration with the local architectural council is an advantage.
- Strong visual sensibility, attention to detail, and interest in hospitality and high-end residential design.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a small, creative team and respond constructively to feedback.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and engage in site work, vendor interactions, and hands-on design exploration.
