Role Description The Organic Chemist will work full time on-site at the Vadodara location, contributing to laboratory-based research and development activities. Daily responsibilities include designing and conducting organic synthesis experiments, analyzing reaction outcomes, and maintaining detailed experimental records. The role involves collaborating with R&D; teams on polymer and organic chemistry projects, performing characterization of materials, and ensuring adherence to laboratory safety protocols. The Organic Chemist will also support the optimization of processes, preparation of technical reports,



and presentation of findings to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Laboratory Skills, including handling of chemicals, conducting experiments, and maintaining instruments.
- Candidates should possess experience in Research and Development (R&D;), with the ability to plan, execute, and document experimental work.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Polymers and their properties, with exposure to polymer synthesis or modification being beneficial.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Chemistry and Organic Chemistry, including reaction mechanisms and analytical techniques.
- Relevant academic qualification such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or a closely related field.
- Ability to follow safety standards, work accurately in a laboratory workplace, and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for documenting results and preparing technical reports.
- Prior industrial or academic research experience in organic or polymer chemistry is an advantage.
