Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Mount Palazzo Resort in Chikkaballapura. This role is responsible for managing relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and event organizers, ensuring their requirements are understood and fulfilled. Day-to-day tasks include handling client inquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, coordinating bookings and events with internal teams, and monitoring account performance and guest feedback. The Account Manager will track sales targets, maintain accurate records in CRM or booking systems, and work closely with the operations,



front office, and events teams to deliver a seamless guest experience. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, participating in sales visits or resort tours, and supporting marketing and promotional initiatives to strengthen the resort’s market presence.
Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management, account servicing, and stakeholder coordination skills to support corporate and group business.
- Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and basic revenue management to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
- Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, events, and deadlines effectively.
- Comfort with using CRM or booking systems, spreadsheets, and standard office software.
- Previous experience in hospitality, travel, events, or customer-facing roles is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Chikkaballapura, including weekends or extended hours as required by business needs.
