Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Executive role is based in Visakhapatnam and is open to freshers who are eager to start a career in client-facing work. The role involves interacting with customers and clients through calls, messages, and meetings to understand their needs and provide timely support. The Customer Relationship Executive will help maintain strong client relationships, address inquiries, resolve basic issues, and ensure a smooth experience throughout the customer lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include recording customer feedback, coordinating with internal teams to follow up on requests,



and supporting efforts to improve overall customer satisfaction. The role also includes learning and applying company processes, using CRM or similar tools, and representing ASE Technologies in a professional and courteous manner.

- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
- Candidates should possess skills in Client Relations and Business Relationship Management to build trust, maintain ongoing communication, and support long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional presentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Visakhapatnam and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
