Key Responsibilities

- Teach Abacus and Vedic Math concepts through structured lessons, demonstrations, and guided practice.
- Prepare lesson plans and activities that reinforce mental calculation, number sense, and problem-solving.
- Adapt explanations and practice tasks to learners’ pace, progress, and areas of difficulty.
- Manage classroom routines, encourage participation, and maintain a focused, supportive learning environment.
- Assess understanding through exercises and regular progress checks, then share constructive feedback.
- Track learner progress and maintain clear, timely records of attendance,



practice, and results.
- Coordinate with fellow trainers and relevant team members on schedules, learning materials, and learner support.
