Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Executive role based in Siliguri. The Store Executive will oversee day-to-day store operations, including managing stock levels, supervising product display, and ensuring accurate entry and tracking of inventory records. The role involves assisting customers, handling queries, supporting sales activities, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment. The Store Executive will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for timely replenishment, support basic documentation and billing processes, and help implement store policies and procedures.



The position requires active participation in meeting sales targets, preparing simple reports, and supporting management with operational improvements.
Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to support customers, resolve concerns, and create a positive in-store experience.
- Experience or knowledge in retail operations, including merchandising, inventory handling, and store upkeep.
- Sales skills with an understanding of basic sales processes, add-on selling, and helping achieve store targets.
- Clear communication skills, including the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional manner.
- Background in commerce or related fields, with comfort in handling billing, basic documentation, and numerical data.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures and company policies.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, POS systems) for data entry and reporting.
- Prior experience in a retail or store operations role is preferred; equivalent experience in related fields will also be considered.
