JOB DESCRIPTION – SERVICE ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, commissioning and maintenance of CNC, VMC and HMC machines.
- Troubleshooting and servicing of CNC machine spindles, rotary tables and angle heads.
- Handling machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
- Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
- Working with CNC controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens and Mitsubishi.
- Troubleshooting PLC, servo motors and drives.
- Conducting customer-site visits for technical support.
- Preparing service reports and coordinating with customers.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in CNC/VMC/HMC machine servicing.




- Knowledge of spindle servicing and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of rotary tables and angle heads.
- Knowledge of PLC, servo drives and CNC controllers.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer-site visits.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates from CNC/VMC machine tool companies, spindle servicing companies, machine tool dealers and industrial automation companies will be preferred.
