Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Accountancy and Business Studies/Commerce to Grades XI & XII as per the CBSE/State Board curriculum.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans and deliver engaging classroom instruction.
- Train students for Board examinations and Commerce-related entrance examinations.
- Teach Financial Accounting, Partnership Accounts, Company Accounts, Financial Statement Analysis, Business Studies, Entrepreneurship, and Commercial Applications.
- Prepare question papers, assignments, worksheets, unit tests, and model examinations.
- Conduct revision classes and doubt-clearing sessions to improve student performance.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance and mentoring.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster an interactive learning environment.
- Use smart classroom technology, digital learning tools, and innovative teaching methodologies.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, examinations,



and departmental activities.
- Maintain student attendance, assessment records, and academic reports.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to improve academic excellence and board examination results.

- Experience in Board examination coaching
- Proficiency in MS Office, Smart Boards, School ERP, and basic accounting software such as Tally

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience teaching CBSE and/or Matric Higher Secondary classes
- Proven record of excellent board examination results
- Ability to mentor Commerce stream students
- Knowledge of NEP 2020 and competency-based learning
- Ability to integrate technology into classroom teaching

Salary

₹40,000 - ₹45,000 per month (Based on qualifications and experience)
