PGT Accountancy - Job Description

Shree Bafna Public School , a premier educational institution in Meghnagar, is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and highly qualified Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Accountancy to join our commerce faculty. We are looking for an educator who can simplify complex financial concepts and inspire students to excel in their board examinations and future qualified careers.

Position Overview

- Location : Meghnagar, Madhya Pradesh
- Level : Senior Secondary (Classes XI & XII) MP Board
- Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Academic Delivery : Deliver comprehensive lectures on Accounting Principles, Partnership Firms, Company Accounts, and Financial Statement Analysis.

- Curriculum Planning : Design lesson plans in alignment with CBSE/State Board standards, ensuring timely completion of the syllabus.

- Student Assessment : Conduct regular tests, practical assignments, and mock exams. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their performance.





- Mentorship : Guide students through the "Project Work" component of the curriculum and provide career counseling for commerce-related paths (CA, CS, CMA, etc.).

- Classroom Management : Maintain a disciplined and engaging learning environment that encourages critical thinking and numerical accuracy.

- Education : Post Graduation in Commerce (M.Com) from a recognized university. A B.Ed. degree is mandatory.

- Experience : Prior experience teaching senior secondary classes (XI-XII) is preferred.

- Skills :

- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and educational software.

- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Patient, approachable, and result-oriented mindset.
