KRA: iXpress English Teacher

1. Classroom Delivery & Teaching Excellence

- Deliver iXpress sessions as per lesson plans and curriculum guidelines.
- Ensure interactive, engaging, and student-centric teaching (activities, role plays, speaking drills).
- Focus on all core areas :speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary .
- Maintain classroom discipline while keeping the setting positive and encouraging.

2. Student Communication & Confidence Building

- Encourage students to speak in English during sessions.
- Conduct daily speaking activities, conversations, and presentations.
- Build confidence in shy learners through personalized attention.
- Correct pronunciation, fluency, and sentence structure regularly.

3. Lesson Planning & Preparation

- Prepare before each class (lesson flow, activities, worksheets, materials).
- Use iXpress workbook, teaching aids, and creative tools effectively.
- Customize activities based on student level (basic / intermediate / advanced).

4. Assessment & Student Progress Tracking

- Conduct regular assessments (oral + written).
- Evaluate worksheets, assignments, and speaking performance.
- Maintain student progress records and report cards.
- Identify weak students and provide remedial support.

5. Classroom Engagement & Activity Implementation

- Use games, storytelling, debates,



and group activities.

- Conduct weekly activities like:

- Show & Tell

- Role Plays

- Storytelling

- Conversation Circles

- Ensure 80% student participation in every class.

6. Parent Communication & Feedback

- Share regular updates with parents on student progress.
- Handle parent queries professionally.
- Participate in PTMs (Parent-Teacher Meetings).
- Provide actionable feedback for improvement at home.

7. Adherence to iXpress System & Quality Standards

- Follow iXpress teaching methodology and structure.
- Complete syllabus within defined timelines.
- Maintain attendance, class records, and documentation.
- Ensure uniform teaching quality across batches.

8. Training & Self-Development

- Attend all teacher training sessions and workshops.
- Implement feedback given by trainers or academic heads.
- Continuously upgrade teaching skills and English proficiency.

9. Centre Support & Contribution

- Support demo classes and trial sessions.
- Assist in events, workshops, and parent orientations.
- Contribute ideas for improving student engagement and enrolments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
