Job Title: Technical Systems Administrator (Zoho / Asterisk Telephony / Employee Monitoring)

Location: On-site – Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Systems Administrator to own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and reliability of three core platforms that power our contact center, recruiting, and back-office operations: the Zoho ecosystem (including Zoho Learn LMS), our Asterisk-based telephony and dialer environment, and our employee monitoring and productivity software.

You will be the go-to technical owner for these systems on-site in Navi Mumbai — keeping users productive, agents dialing, training on track, and data flowing accurately between platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1) Zoho Ecosystem & Zoho Learn LMS Administration

- Administer Zoho One apps including Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Zoho People, and Zoho Analytics: users, roles, profiles, permissions, and data-sharing rules.
- Configure and maintain Zoho Learn LMS: courses, learning paths, manuals, quizzes/assessments, certifications, enrollments, and completion tracking for agent onboarding and ongoing training.
- Build and maintain workflow rules, blueprints, layouts, custom fields, approval processes, and Zoho Flow automations; write and troubleshoot Deluge scripts and custom functions.
- Manage integrations between Zoho apps and third-party systems using Zoho REST APIs and webhooks; monitor sync health and resolve data issues.
- Produce training-compliance and user-adoption reports and dashboards; run data imports, cleanups, and deduplication.

2) Telephony Dialer Administration – Asterisk

- Install, configure, and maintain Asterisk PBX and Asterisk-based dialer platforms (e.g., VICIdial, FreePBX, GoAutoDial) on Linux servers.
- Manage SIP trunks, carriers, extensions, IVRs, inbound groups, queues, campaigns, lists, dispositions,

and call routing/dial plans.
- Configure predictive, progressive, and preview dialing modes; tune dial levels, drop rates, and AMD settings to balance productivity and compliance.
- Monitor call quality (latency, jitter, packet loss); troubleshoot one-way audio, registration, NAT, and codec issues; analyze CDRs and SIP traces.
- Maintain call recording storage, DNC list management, time-zone calling windows, and caller ID configuration; perform backups, patching, and security hardening (fail2ban, firewall rules).

3) Employee Monitoring & Productivity Software Administration

- Deploy, configure, and administer employee monitoring and productivity platforms (e.g., Teramind, ActivTrak, Hubstaff, Time Doctor, Insightful, or similar).
- Roll out and maintain endpoint agents across Windows/macOS workstations; manage groups, policies, productive/unproductive app and website classifications, and alert rules.
- Build and distribute daily/weekly productivity, attendance, idle-time, and utilization reports for team leads and management.
- Investigate policy alerts and data anomalies; partner with HR and operations on usage policies, data-privacy settings, and audit requests.
- Integrate monitoring data with Zoho People/Analytics and payroll/attendance workflows where applicable.

Cross-Functional

- Serve as on-site Tier 2/Tier 3 support for these platforms; manage tickets, escalations, and vendor support cases.
- Write and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and system documentation; train end users and team leads.

- Support user onboarding/offboarding, access reviews, and data-security best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on systems administration experience in a contact center, BPO, or multi-platform business setting.
- Zoho: Proven administration experience across Zoho One applications; working knowledge of Deluge scripting, workflows, and Zoho APIs. Zoho Learn experience strongly preferred.
- Telephony: Practical experience administering Asterisk and/or Asterisk-based dialers (VICIdial, FreePBX, GoAutoDial), SIP, and VoIP troubleshooting.
- Linux: Comfort with Linux server administration (CentOS/Rocky/Ubuntu), command line, MySQL/MariaDB basics, and shell scripting.
- Monitoring Software: Experience deploying and managing at least one employee monitoring or workforce productivity platform.
- Networking: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, NAT, firewalls, VLANs, and QoS for voice traffic.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills; ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai.

Preferred Qualifications

- Zoho Certified Administrator/Developer, Asterisk (dCAP) or VICIdial certification, or Linux certifications (RHCSA, LPIC).
- Experience with LMS content design, SCORM, or training program administration.
- Familiarity with outbound calling compliance (TCPA, DNC, calling-hour rules) and data-privacy frameworks.
- Scripting or development experience in PHP, Python, or JavaScript for integrations and automation.
- Background supporting US-based clients or operating in a 24/7 contact center environment.

Why Join Us

- Own critical systems end-to-end with real impact on daily operations.
- Work across a modern stack spanning CRM, LMS, telephony, and workforce analytics.
- Growth path into senior systems, telephony engineering, or platform architecture roles.
