About the Role

Pantheon Digitals is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to drive qualified lead generation for our HR Tech SaaS product, Zfour HRMS.

We need someone who understands the SaaS customer acquisition journey and has hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns that generate qualified B2B leads—not just clicks, impressions, or website traffic.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize lead-generation campaigns using Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Generate qualified B2B leads for our HR Tech SaaS product.
- Develop audience targeting strategies for HR managers, HR heads, business owners, founders, and decision-makers.
- Manage campaign budgets,



bidding strategies, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
- Monitor and optimize CPL, lead quality, conversion rates, CAC, and overall campaign ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Work with the sales team to track lead quality, follow-ups, and lead-to-demo conversions.
- Build retargeting campaigns and improve lead conversion through the marketing funnel.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
