Key Responsibilities

- Front Desk Excellence : Greet members, handle check-ins, and manage incoming calls or inquiries with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Sales & Tours : Give prospective members tours of the facility, explain membership plans, and assist with the sign-up process.
- Administrative Management : Maintain accurate member records, process payments, and manage daily attendance logs.
- Inventory & Coordination : Monitor gym supplies, manage vendor interactions, and assist the Center Manager with daily reporting.
- Facility Oversight : Ensure the reception area and gym floor maintain a clean, organized, and premium appearance.

Requirements & Skills





- Experience : Previous experience in front-desk operations, hospitality, or administration (Fitness industry experience is a big plus!).
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, and Punjabi).
- Tech Savvy : Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and comfort using gym management software.
- Personality : High energy, multitasking ability, and a "can-do" attitude.
- Education : Graduate or equivalent; specialized training in office management is an advantage.
