JOB DESCRIPTION FOR COUNSELLOR

Responsibilities :

- Greet and welcome visitors, students, and staff
- Handle front desk operations, including receiving and directing calls




- Provide administrative support to teaching, counselling, and admin staff
- Manage data and maintain records
- Answer queries and provide information about courses and admissions
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization

Requirements :

- Fluent in Hindi, English, and local Jammu language (Dogri)
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant and approachable personality
- Basic computer skills and data management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of design industry or education sector

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience :

- Admission Counsellor: 2 years (required)
