Key Responsibilities :
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
- Manage table reservations and waiting lists.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with the service team for smooth seating and service.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve basic concerns.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure a skilled appearance.
- Support daily front-desk operations and provide excellent customer service.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
