We are a boutique 2/3-star hotel located in the vibrant heart of Khar West. We are looking for a welcoming, organized, and proactive Front Office Associate to be the face of our property. Since we are a small team, we value someone who is a "people person" and can handle the fast-paced energy of Mumbai hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations : Handle all guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while providing a warm Mumbai welcome.
- Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, providing local recommendations for Khar/Bandra (restaurants, shopping, transport).
- Billing : Maintain accurate guest folios, process payments (Cash/UPI/Cards), and handle petty cash.
- Coordination : Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and up to standard.
Skills & Qualifications
- Language : Fluency in English and Hindi is essential. Knowledge of Marathi is a big plus.
- Tech Savvy : Familiarity with Hotel Management Software (PMS) and basic MS Office.
- Personality : Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest complaints with empathy and a smile.
- Local Knowledge : Familiarity with the Khar/Bandra West area to assist guests with directions and local "insider" tips.
Work Details
- Shift Timing : Must be willing to work in rotational shifts (Morning/Evening/Night).
- Experience : 0-2 years in front office operations. Freshers with great communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Salary : Competitive for the 2/3-star segment, based on experience and skill set.
