Profile: HSBC Arrow - Inbound Voice Process
Process : Inbound Customer service with Upselling
Qualification : Graduate Location : Malad West.
Eligibility :
- Graduate with minimum 6 months BPO experience
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with upselling in an inbound process
Shift Timings :
- Between 6:30 AM to 8:30 PM (9-hour rotational shift)
- 5 days working with 2 rotational weekly offs
Salary :
- CTC: 32,000
- In-hand: 26,000
