Job Title: Team Member - Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide a friendly dining experience.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Prepare burgers, beverages, and other menu items as per SOPs.
- Serve food efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Suggest menu items and upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining, kitchen, and service areas.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and grooming standards.
- Assist in inventory handling and stock management.
- Support daily store operations and work collaboratively with the team.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.

Eligibility Criteria

- SSC/HSC/Diploma/Graduate (Hotel Management plus).
- Freshers are welcome; 0-6 months of experience in QSR, Food & Beverage,



Hospitality, or Retail is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Team player with willingness to learn and grow.
