About the Role

Join company as a Chat Customer Service Representative (CSR), where you will assist customers with mobile telephony services, subscription-related queries, prepaid services, and more—while also identifying sales opportunities

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions via chat in a skilled and timely manner

- Assist customers with:

- Mobile telephony services

- Subscription and prepaid-related queries

- Billing and invoice concerns

- Basic troubleshooting

- Deliver a high-quality customer experience in every interaction

- Perform needs analysis to understand customer requirements

- Drive upselling and cross-selling through personalized recommendations





- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to processes

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
- Excellent written & Verbal communication skills in English
- Strong typing and comprehension skills
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge

Preferred :

- Prior experience in customer service / chat / sales process
