Telecalling Executive / Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary : We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecalling Executive to contact potential or existing customers, generate leads, explain products/services, and support sales or customer engagement over the phone.

Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound/inbound calls to customers or prospects :

- Explain company products or services clearly and persuasively :

- Generate leads and schedule appointments or follow-ups :

- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses :

- Handle customer queries and provide basic information :

- Meet daily/weekly calling and performance targets :

- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines :

- Coordinate with the sales/operations team when required

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum:



12th pass / Graduate preferred :

- Good communication skills (local language + basic English) :

- Ability to convince and negotiate politely :

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus) :

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn :

- Experience: Fresher or 0-2 years of experience in telecalling / customer service / sales
