Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with queries related to financial and investment services
- Build and maintain robust client relationships
- Support client onboarding and service processes
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support
- Maintain customer records and follow-up activities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
