- Play a crucial role in shaping the development process, driving the success of our projects, and delivering high-quality products to our customers.
- Gauge stakeholder satisfaction with the project's progress and outcomes through regular feedback sessions
- Evaluate metrics using sprint velocity, burndown chart, and assist with release planning.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their goals and translate them into technical requirements.
- Analyse and document current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Support project planning, execution, and delivery by providing clear and actionable insights.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and help validate solutions before deployment.

What should you bring along

- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the team follows Agile practices and principles.




- Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress.
- Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team workplace.
- Work closely with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.
- Track and report on team progress and performance metrics.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Ability to create process flows, wireframes, and use case diagrams.

Must have technical skill

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PSM 1.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence or similar agile project management tools.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of software development languages and frameworks (SAP Authorization, SAP Archiving, SAP Platform manager, SAP FICO, SAP SD)
- Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.

Good to have technical skills

- Finance domain background.
- Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean).
- Understanding of APIs and system integration concepts.
- Knowledge of UML or BPMN modelling techniques.
