Role Overview
We are hiring a CRM Executive for our Vasai office to manage and optimize our Zoho CRM system. The role requires strong coordination with sales, support, and operations teams to ensure smooth lead management, data accuracy, and process efficiency.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong English communication skills - written and verbal.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Office - especially Excel for data handling.
*Preferred Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or service-based industries.
*Knowledge of Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, or Zoho Desk is an added advantage.
