Job role and responsibilities:

- To make communication with our Pharma Franchise & Finding out their problems.
- Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
- Reminder Calls to our Pharma Franchise regarding every month’s offers.
- Should be tried to address their problems and follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved.




- Genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department.
- Direct reporting to higher management regarding serious & unresolved problems.

Salary

- Rs.20,000 - 25,000/- + incentive + PF + others
