CTC: Up to ₹29,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Role Overview

As a Chat CSR, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions via chat, ensuring quick resolution, high satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for sales or upselling.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via chat (non voice process)

Assist with billing issues, subscription plans, and basic technical troubleshooting

Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns

Identify sales/upselling opportunities during customer interactions

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and response quality

Follow defined SOPs and compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification:



Graduate (preferred)

Strong written communication skills (English)

Prior experience in chat support or customer service is an advantage

Sales or upselling experience will be a strong plus

Basic understanding of telecom services/products preferred

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Customer-centric mindset

Quick typing speed and attention to detail

Problem-solving attitude
