- Preventative Maintenance :Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal vehicle performance and longevity.
- Team Leadership :Supervise and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and training on technical procedures and safety practices.
- Safety Compliance :Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Record Keeping :Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, including parts inventory and service history.




- Customer Service :Explain vehicle issues and repair recommendations to customers in a transparent and understandable manner.
- Parts Management :Oversee parts inventory, ensuring timely ordering and proper storage of necessary components.
