Job Title- Tele calling Executive Work Type- Work from office Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases
- Introduce company products/services and explain their benefits
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and update CRM systems daily
- Follow up with potential clients through multiple touch points
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
- Handle customer objections professionally and work toward closure
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends

Required Qualifications :

- Any Bachelor's degree
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [Telugu/Hindi/English]
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

- Sales experience
- Multilingual abilities
