Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable car models.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options.
- Arrange and conduct test drives.
- Generate recent sales leads through referrals and marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for vehicle bookings.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements :

- Graduate or HSC (Graduate preferred).
- 13 years of experience in automobile sales, car showroom sales, or retail sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
