- As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers to inform them about our products and services. Your ultimate goal will be to generate sales leads and maintain customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Contact potential customers via telephone to promote products and services
- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries
- Provide customers with information on products and pricing
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Work closely with the sales team to meet sales targets
- Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers
- Meet daily and weekly call quotas
