Telecalling Executive / Telecaller Industry : Solar Energy

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain solar panel products and services
- Generate leads and maintain customer database
- Schedule appointments for site visits
- Follow up with interested customers
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Maintain daily call reports and updates
Required Skills :
- Valuable communication skills in Gujarati and English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Telecalling or customer service experience preferred
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills
- Positive attitude and team spirit
