About the Role

We are hiring a proactive Follow-up Coordinator to manage inquiries from dentists and patients interested in Ultimate Smile Designing treatments. The role involves lead follow-up, communication, and coordinating consultations.

Responsibilities : Explain treatments, timelines, and services.

Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records.

Coordinate with sales and clinical teams.

Convert inquiries into confirmed consultations.

Requirements : Good communication in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus).

Experience in telecalling, customer support, or lead management preferred.

Basic MS Office and CRM knowledge.

Solid organizational and customer service skills.
