Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services
- Answer inbound calls from customers regarding inquiries or concerns
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns
