Overview

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other B2B clients within assigned territories.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to educate clients on pharmaceutical products and solutions.
- Manage existing accounts by providing excellent customer service, identifying upselling opportunities, and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage contacts, and analyze sales data for territory growth.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales progress, and market feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on pharmaceuticals or healthcare products preferred.
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and lead generation independently.




- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills essential for building trust with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos, upsell solutions, and perform analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development and territory expansion.
- Prior experience in retail sales, inside sales, or technical sales is advantageous but not required.
