You will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and coordinating freight operations between shippers and carriers.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct international sales and cold calling to generate leads and acquire clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with shippers, carriers, and logistics partners .
- Negotiate rates , prepare quotes, and close deals to meet monthly targets.
- Coordinate shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective freight movement.
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems with client and shipment information.
- Provide excellent customer service , handling queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 1-3 years of experience in international sales / cold calling / client communication .
- Background in BPO, KPO, logistics, freight brokerage, or freight forwarding preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of global markets , US logistics (preferred), and customer engagement.
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and maintain high accuracy

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
