Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via chat support (billing, subscriptions, basic troubleshooting)

- Provide accurate, quick, and effective resolutions

- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services :

- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria

- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory) :

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass & Above :

- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts) :

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
