Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain services clearly and professionally
- Generate leads and convert them into sales or bookings
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Coordinate with the sales/marketing team when required

Skills Required :

- Good communication skills (Malayalam + English+Tamil +Hindi is a plus)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualification :

- Minimum: Plus Two / Any Degree
