Job Title :Sales Executive - Inside Sales (Voice & Video Process)

Location :Anand, Gujarat — 100% Office-Based (Not Remote/WFH)

Experience :0-1 Year (Freshers with strong communication are welcome)

Working Days :Monday to Saturday

Salary :₹15,000 - ₹20,000/month fixed + Uncapped Performance Incentives

Languages Required :Fluent in English as well as Hindi/Hinglish (mandatory); working English

What You'll Do :

- Call, WhatsApp, and video-meet prospective customers to understand their needs and pitch the right Keptilon vertical (Destiny, Academy, Wellness, Business, CofWaf).
- Convert inbound leads (marketing, referrals, enquiries) into paying customers — no cold-calling from scratch.
- Follow up consistently until the deal closes, and keep the CRM/lead tracker 100% updated.
- Share customer feedback with marketing and product teams to help us improve.
- Consistently hit monthly targets to unlock uncapped incentive payouts.




- Occasional client meetings only — this is a primarily office-based, low-travel role.

You're a Robust Fit If You Have :

- 0-1 year of experience in sales, telecalling, BPO, or any customer-facing role (strong freshers welcome).
- A graduate degree in any stream — your hustle and communication matter more than your major.
- Confident, persuasive speaking skills in Hindi/Hinglish (English is a plus, not a must).
- A self-motivated, target-driven mindset and genuine curiosity about people and businesses.
- The resilience to hear "no" and keep going — this is a fast-paced startup, not a 9-to-5 desk job.
- You are looking for a remote or work-from-home role — this position is 100% based out of our Anand office.
- You are not comfortable with a monthly fixed salary of ₹15,000-₹20,000 plus incentives (this is not a high fixed-CTC role).
- You cannot commit to Monday-Saturday working days.
