Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, networking, referrals, and lead follow-ups.
- Handle inbound sales enquiries and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present software solutions to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
- Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.




- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
- Comfortable handling telephonic sales, virtual meetings, and client interactions.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is preferred.
- Experience in SaaS, Software, IT Services, Telecom, Cloud Solutions, ERP, or B2B Sales will be an added advantage.
