Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable investment and insurance solutions
- Respond to client queries and ensure timely follow-ups
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Maintain client records and coordinate with internal departments for smooth service delivery

Requirements :

- 2-3 years of experience in sales and/or client relationship management
- Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented approach with a sales-driven mindset
- Basic understanding of investment and insurance products is an added advantage





Additional Details

- Salary : ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on interview performance)
- Probation Period : 3 months
- Probation Salary : ₹22,000 per month
- Working Hours : 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Working Days : Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
- Work Mode : In-office
- Job Location : Shivajinagar, Pune

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
