Fitness Sales Associate (BeatBox Fitness - Kokapet, Hyderabad)

Job Summary We are looking for energetic and confident individuals who are passionate about fitness and sales. As a Fitness Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for potential members and play a key role in converting walk-ins and leads into memberships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and trial members
- Convert leads into memberships through effective sales skills
- Conduct studio tours and explain BeatBox workouts
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and messages
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain member relationships and ensure high satisfaction
- Manage front desk operations (check-ins, bookings)
- Promote ongoing offers, challenges, and referral programs

Required Skills :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Confident, energetic, and presentable personality
- Basic knowledge of fitness is a plus (not mandatory)




- Ability to handle objections and close sales
- Comfortable using CRM, calls, and WhatsApp for follow-ups

Experience

- 0-3 years (Freshers with good communication can apply)
- Prior experience in sales, gym, or customer service is preferred

Compensation

- Fixed Salary + High Incentives (based on sales)
- Monthly bonuses for target achievement

Work Timings

- Shift-based (Morning / Evening)
- 6 days working (1 weekly off)
