Job Title : Sales Officer - FMCG Locations : Amravati, Sangli (Maharashtra) Salary : ₹12,00,000 - ₹13,00,000 per annum

We are hiring an experienced Sales Officer for Amravati and Sangli regions to manage sales operations, distributor networks, and field teams in the FMCG sector.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Handle primary & secondary sales :

- Manage and develop distributors :

- Ensure product availability & market coverage :

- Supervise and guide sales team (salesmen) :

- Achieve sales targets consistently :

- Execute sales schemes & promotions :

- Support recent product launches :

- Monitor beat plans and team productivity

Eligibility Criteria :

- 3-4 years of FMCG/Cosmetics sales experience :

- Minimum 1.5 years stability in current/previous company

- Graduate (mandatory)

- Age: Up to 40 years

- Strong knowledge of Amravati/Sangli market :

- Language: English + Marathi/Hindi preferred

Compensation & Benefits :

- CTC up to ₹12-13 LPA
