Tele Sales Caller

Location : Shott Amusement Limited - Unit no. 10, Behind Rajdhani Restaurant, Gate no. 2, NESCO Centre, Western Express Highway, Goregaon (E), Mumbai - 400063

Eligibility :

- Any Graduate
- 2-3 years of proven experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales

Key Skills :

- Strong verbal & written communication
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of sales & marketing techniques
- Result-driven and self-motivated
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Generate leads through outbound calls
- Onboard new clients and manage corporate tie-ups
- Pitch products/services and schedule appointments
- Close sales deals and achieve targets
- Maintain lead database and call records




- Coordinate with Sales team for client meetings
- Handle customer queries and complaints
- Update customer details and sales reports
