This internship provides practical exposure to sales strategies, branding, customer relationship management, and business development.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify new leads through online and offline channels.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for counselors or sales executives.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM or lead management systems.
- Follow up with potential clients to increase conversions.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Support customer onboarding and after-sales communication.
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.





Marketing Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Design promotional materials using tools like Canva.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Help organize workshops, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
- Manage social media engagement by responding to comments and messages.
- Collect customer feedback and prepare performance reports.
