Job Summary

Asian Navkar Hospital is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Head to lead business development, branding, patient acquisition, and marketing initiatives. The role involves developing strategic partnerships, increasing hospital visibility, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Build relationships with doctors, corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, and referral partners.
- Lead hospital branding, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand referral networks.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and patient acquisition metrics.




- Manage and mentor the sales and marketing team.
- Organize health camps, corporate tie-ups, and community outreach programs.

Requirements :

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in achieving growth and revenue targets.
