We are trusted by athletes and retailers across India and expanding rapidly in the sports & retail market. *Role Overview:* We are looking for a dynamic Senior Field Sales Executive to drive sales, expand our retail network, and strengthen Cruise Max Sports' presence in the market. You will be responsible for onboarding current counters, managing existing distributors/retailers, and achieving monthly sales targets. *Key Responsibilities:* - Identify and onboard new sportswear retailers, MBOs,



and sports counters in assigned territory - Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets for sportswear apparel - Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, buyers, and key decision makers - Conduct regular market visits, product demos, and competitor analysis - Ensure timely order booking, payment collection, and maintain 100% payment hygiene - Share market feedback on pricing, trends, and new product opportunities with management - Execute promotional activities and ensure proper visual merchandising at stores Key words - Sports wear,gym wear,swim wear, training wear, Outdoor wear, Running apparel, athletic Clothing.
