We are seeking a skilled System and Network Administrator to manage, maintain, and enhance our IT systems and network environment.

Job Summary

The System and Network Administrator will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure. The role ensures optimal performance, security, and availability of IT services while providing technical support to employees.

Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and desktop systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and permissions.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
- Maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.

Network Administration

- Design, implement, and manage LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Monitor network performance and ensure mínimal downtime.




- Implement network security measures to protect against threats.
- Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN configurations.

Security & Compliance

- Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices.
- Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and respond to security incidents.
- Manage antivirus, endpoint protection, and firewall systems.
- Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
- Maintain documentation for IT policies and procedures.

Technical Support

- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist employees with IT-related queries and system access.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Vendor & Infrastructure Management

- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, and AMC services.
- Manage procurement and maintenance of IT equipment.
- Ensure proper licensing and compliance of all software.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and basic Linux administration .
- Hands-on experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Familiarity with firewalls , switches , and routers (e.g.,



Cisco, Fortinet, MikroTik).
- Understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA , MCSA , MCSE , CompTIA Network+ , or RHCSA will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in system and network administration.
- Experience in a corporate or multi-location environment is preferred.
